Terms & Conditions for NAET Seminars South Africa

1. Applications are accepted only from active Licensed Medical Professionals. Please join a copy of your current license /credentials with application form. Registrations without credentials will have to be rejected.
2. Applications must be received by us at least 14 days in advance of the seminar date with the payment.
3. Applications are not accepted over the phone. Completed applications with copy of license or credentials may be faxed to ++ 49 - 89 - 45 70 86 19 , with payment through Visa/MasterCard only. Applications with checks (from Euro zone only) should be mailed together. Please do not send checks alone.
4. We reserve our rights to reject or accept any application.
5. Cancellation Policy :
   
   • Please do not register if you are unsure of your attendance. Once registered, please do not cancel unless you have an emergency. No refund will be given if you leave before the end of the seminar and you will not receive the certificate of completion.
   • If you cancel (through written request) at least 15 days prior to the seminar, a processing fee in the amount of € 30 will be deducted from your refund. - 6 to 14 days prior to the seminar, 25% of the total price will be deducted. - 2 to 5 days prior to the seminar, 50% of the total price will be deducted. - Within 48H of the seminar, 75 % of the total price will be deducted.
6. A completion certificate will be issued to all Licensed Medical Professionals after the program, provided such persons attend for the entire time of the class and also take a written/practical test. Issuance of this certificate will be subject to the signing by the practitioner of the « NAET for Europe disclaimer agreement ».
7. Full NAET Certification is obtained after completion of the « basic » and « advanced » seminars within twelve months of each other. If more than twelve months have passed, the practitioner is required to attend the basic seminar again for a reduced « refresher » fee before taking the advanced course. However, full certification is not mandatory in order to practice the method.
8. Please do not use perfumes, strong aftershaves, hairsprays, perfumed fabric softeners, aromatic oils and sprays. This is to prevent reactions from any participant with allergies to these products.
9. If you are handicapped, please let us know your limitations before registration so we can try to accommodate your needs by making necessary arrangements.
10. No audio or videotaping of the seminars is allowed.
11. The seminar fee includes coffee breaks and lunch on each day as well your training handbook. It does not include the NAET allergen kits, any stimulation tool, or the hotel accommodation.
